Card Wizards Australia Returns Policy

At Card Wizards Australia, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we want to make this process as easy as possible for you. Please read our returns policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. 1.2 Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. 1.3 Proof of purchase must be provided (e.g., receipt, order confirmation email).

2. Non-Returnable Items

2.1 Gift cards and digital download products are non-returnable. 2.2 Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for return. 2.3 Items on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned.

3. Process for Returning Items

3.1 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. 3.2 Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item. 3.3 Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the return package.

4. Shipping

4.1 Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. 4.2 Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 4.3 We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

5.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 5.2 If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. 5.3 Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 6. Exchanges

6.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team.
